The Real Estate Analyzer Professional:

The Real Estate Analyzer Professional provides Real Estate Investors with an effective, yet fast-to-use and easy-to-understand tool for Residential or Commercial Real Estate investment analysis. The Real Estate Analyzer Deluxe:

The Real Estate Analyzer Deluxe is a standalone Windows-based software to calculate the internal rate if return (IRR) and cashflow for either your personal residence, an income generating residential rental property or a vacation home. Each of these properties have different factors that will be considered (e.g. management fees, different seasonal rates for vacation homes or tax benefits for personal use). Fast scenario analysis shows the impact of these factors on the IRR on one screen.

The Investment Property Analyzer Lite:

Excel-based software made for landlords to provide a fast analysis of cash flows and IRR for rental properties. Clear and concise annual operating data input, rent roll and for up to 30 rental units with separate rent growth and vacancy rates. Easy-to-use, functional and affordable. Not as extensive as the Real Estate Analyzer Pro, but sufficient for many small investment properties.

The Vacation Home Investment Evaluator:

The Vacation Home Investment Evaluator is designed to caculate the return on investment (ROI) and project cash flows of vacation properties that are rented to vacationers at least some part of the year. Weekly and nightly rates for up to 6 seasons. See the impact of vacation-property specific expenses like cleaning fees, management fees, etc.
